Very rare first edition of the party conference paper, issued when Rosa Luxemburg’s S.D.K.P.i.L. had joined forces with the Russian Social Democratic Workers’ Party, a cooperation that was not to last for long, as fundamental differences between Lenin’s centralism and Rosa Luxemburg’s libertarian positions lead to clashes. This pamphlet contains the party manifesto, deals with organizational questions, illegal work, and the possibility for a coalition with the left-wing faction of Piłsudski’s PPS.
