First printing. Björkman cites 14 reasons why women want the vote, emphasizing their domestic concerns and responsibilities are paramount behind the drive for woman suffrage. Her first reason is "women want the vote in order that they may feed their families properly"; only does the 13th reason cite "women want to vote in order to abolish legal discriminations against women.” Krichmar 1463.
