Clare Sheridan was Winston Churchill‘s cousin and a well-known international reporter in her own right. She was one of the first Western women to travel through Russia shortly after the revolution. This diary contains Sheridan’s extensive reflections about post-revolutionary Soviet life and records her conversations with Lenin, Trotsky, and others.
